Generally we are willing to consider unsolicited applications if the following criteria in the biography of the applicant are met: Previous entrepreneurial experience of the candidate, for example, the founding of an organization or the initiative for sustainable change within an organization, as well as the motivation and ability to strive for corporate and social change. Experience in the field of venture capital or finance are advantageous.
